PHASE INSPECTON SERVICES
Phase inspections are specialized evaluations conducted at 3 different stages of the construction of a new home.
972-755-9867
PHASE 1 FOUNDATION PRE-POUR INSPECTIONS
PHASE 2 FRAMING INSPECTIONS ( PRE-DRYWALL )
PHASE 3 FINAL INSPECTIONS ( BEFORE YOUR "WALK THROUGH" )
The pre-pour foundation inspection is conducted when your home's foundation framing has been completed and the builder is ready to pour concrete. The primary reason for this inspection is to ensure that the work done on your home’s foundation was conducted in efficiently and correctly; before the vital in-slab components are completely covered by concrete to completethe process.
A pre-drywall inspection is vital for ensuring house meets its specifications. It takes place after key installations but before the drywall is hung. This inspection helps identify issues that could be hidden later, preventing costly repairs down the line. It's an essential step before final construction stages.
The final inspection takes place once the home is substantially completed, right before the builder's final walk-through. This step ensures everything meets standards and is ready for occupancy. Communicate any concerns with your builder during this process.
