I am an InterNACHI® Trusted and Certified Professional Inspector CPI®. All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain their membership in good standing.

Our inspector's are Certified Professional Inspector's CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org)—which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.

In order to become certified, our inspectors were required to take inspection courses related to the interior and exterior of the home, including the common and major areas of concern for home buyers, such as the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. Our inspectors are graduates of the InterNACHI® School, the world's only home inspector college that offers the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.
Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be evident to you. Omar is a retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant who served this country for 26 years and is a proven professional and leader. A Graduate of Champions School of Real Estate, and has over 10 years of experience in Property Management & Development across the United States. Omar Ward has been inspecting government facilities and properties since 2012. He is Certified Commercial Inspector #CCPIA-002784. Omar combines his experience with construction through years of serving in the military building Forward Operating Bases (FOBs) in Afghanistan and Iraq with his educational skills, in order to create, informative, user-friendly, and practical commercial reports that are easy to read. He also has an MBA in Business Administration and has a passion for helping people. His focus as a commercial property inspector and as a home inspector is to ensure that his client's are informed & equipped with the necessary knowledge they need to move 4WARD with their Real Estate Transaction.

InterNACHI® will pay up to $25,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the cost of replacement of personal property lost (and not recovered, restituted, or insured) during an inspection and stolen by an InterNACHI®-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge resulting from the member's taking of the client's personal property. The claimant agrees that the exclusive venue for any action against InterNACHI® arising out of this Honor Guarantee is the District Court in Boulder County, Colorado. InterNACHI's Honor Guarantee is valid throughout the U.S. and Canada.
